PrincipalsConnect knows the role of principal is one that requires the ability to swiftly switch between different tasks and sometimes need a confidential outside perspective. That’s where PrincipalsConnect comes in. We recruit retired and part-time individuals who have a targeted skill set and connections to the community to work one-on-one with principals. For example, an adviser helped facilitate team building exercises with principals and staff. They also can help role play difficult conversations principals may have with their staff.
